Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the change of the passing path of film shifted to a roll even when the outside diameter of the roll formed by winding is enlarged in accordance with the amount or the length of the film to be wound by providing the rotary shaft center of the roll formed by winding so that it can be positionally displaceable in accordance with the variation of the radius of the roll based on winding or rewinding.
SOLUTION: The shaft center of a 1st winding core body 11 is movably provided in a slot 11a. The slot 11a is formed of a circular arc with the rotary shaft center X of a pulley 15 as the center, for operating and rotating the core body 11 by a step motor M1. The position of the rotary shaft center X of the rolls R1 and R2 formed by winding is properly changed in accordance with the variation of the radius of the rolls R1 and R2 based on the winding and rewinding. Even when the outside diameter of the formed rolls R1 and R2 is enlarged in accordance with the number or the length of the film to be wound, the passing path of the piece film is not changed.
