Abstract:
To provide a film that comprises a 4-methyl-1-pentene polymer and has excellent heat resistance and surface smoothness, and a method for producing the film.SOLUTION: A film comprises a 4-methyl-1-pentene polymer (A) that satisfies the following requirements (a)-(c) and has a thickness of 15 μm or less. (a) The melting point (Tm) is higher than 180°C and 220°C or lower as measured with a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). (b) The endothermic end temperature (TmE) is 230°C or lower in a melting (endothermic) curve measured with the DSC. (c) The exothermic start temperature (TcS) is 210°C or lower in a crystallization (endothermic) curve measured with the DSC.SELECTED DRAWING: None
