To provide a laminated film which is particularly suitable to directly package and heat treat a boiled fish paste in the film for packaging a marine boiled fish paste product.

The film for packaging the boiled fish paste comprises a coating layer made of a sucrose fatty acid ester (A) and a sodium lauryl sulfate (B) and having a weight ratio (A/B) of 1 to 10 and formed on one side surface of a biaxially stretched synthetic resin film. The film has a heat shrinkage factor in the case of heat treating at 120°C for 5 min of 3 to 8% in an MD direction and 3 to 8% in a TD direction.
