In the food packaging film, at least on one side of a a-layer of a polypropylene resin composition (A) which contains a polymer component obtained by polymerizing monomer components containing propylene as a main component and a propylene-ethylene copolymer (I) and has a crystal melting heat quantity measured by a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) of 80 J/g or below, a b-layer of a polypropylene resin composition (B) which contains a polymer component obtained by polymerizing monomer components containing propylene as a main component, and a propylene-ethylene copolymer (II) the xylene-soluble component content at 20°C of which is below 15 wt.%, is laminated to be 10 μm or below in thickness. The food packaging bag is formed from the film.
