Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film peeling device and film peeling method capable of improving reliability in peeling a film from a substrate.SOLUTION: A sum of lengths in an axial direction of strong adhesive rollers 22, 24 for areas being in contact with respective films 5, 7 of adhesive faces 22A, 24A of the strong adhesive rollers 22, 24 is greater than 50% of a width in a horizontal direction orthogonal to a conveying path 1 of the films 5, 7. A sum of lengths in an axial direction of weak adhesive rollers 32, 34 for areas being in contact with respective films 5, 7 of adhesive faces 32A, 34A of the weak adhesive rollers 32, 34 is greater than 50% of the width in the horizontal direction orthogonal to the conveying path 1 of the films 5, 7.
