Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of a damaged photo film due to dust depositted on the film due to a static electricity generated during the carrying of the photographic film.
CONSTITUTION: A static electricity elimination brush 50 of a conductive member is in contact with other part B than an image pickup exposed face A of a photographic film F. Furthermore, the brush 50 connects to ground via a casing whose potential is 0 in the film picture input device by way of an electric wire 54. Thus, the static electricity generated in the film F during the carrying of the film F is eliminated by the static electricity elimination brush 50 via the electric wire 52, then the static electricity is not stored on the film F, resulting that no dust is depositted onto the film F and the film F is not damaged by the dust.
