Abstract:
To provide a film position correction unit having excellent attachment workability to a bag making machine and effectively suppressing product failures resulted by pitch shifts and meanders of a film in a state of being attached to a bag making machine.SOLUTION: A film position correction unit 1 is assembled with: a base 4 attached to a bag making machine via an attachment part; a guide roller 20 which is supported by the base 4, contacts with a film F and regulates a transportation path of the film F; an imaging device 8 for obtaining an image of the film F; a computer 10 which outputs a control signal based on the image input from the imaging device 8; a path length correction means 30,39 which displaces the whole guide roller 20 based on the control signal in one direction to correct a path length of the film F; and a meander correction means 33 which changes a tilt of the guide roller 20 based on the control signal to correct the meander of the film F.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
