Title:
FILM PRESS BONDING METHOD AND LAMINATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2700085
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of air bubbles or wrinkles after press bonding caused by such a phenomenon that the rear end of a film is separated from a vacuum bar before the film is bonded to a substrate under pressure by a press-bonding roll in a laminator and subsequently hung down on the substrate in a curled state.
CONSTITUTION: When the rear end of a film 1B is held up to the vicinity of the press-bonding point of the film to a substrate 22 by a press-bonding roll 21 in a sucked state, compressed air is ejected from suction holes 32B when the rear end of the film 1B is separated from a vacuum bar 25 to be sprayed on the gap between the rear end of the film 1B and the substrate 22 not only to prevent the rear end of the film 1B from handing down on the substrate 22 in a curled state but also to press the film to the outer periphery of the press-bonding roll 21.
