To provide a film processing apparatus capable of securely and stably carrying a film reader and a film coupled to the film reader in a film stocker.

The film processing apparatus includes: a film processing mechanism for processing the film fitted to the film reader; a conveying mechanism for conveying the film reader and film to a film carry-out opening of the film processing mechanism; and the film stocker for storing the film reader and film carried out of the film carry-out opening through the conveying mechanism, wherein the film stocker is provided detachably from a housing mounted with the film processing mechanism. The film carry-out opening is provided with sprockets for forcibly sending the film reader, carried out of the film carry-out opening by the conveying mechanism, in the film stocker.
