Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film production management system which when producing a rolled product by applying treatment such as deposition to a rolled long base material, can accurately specify a defective position without being influenced by extension of the base material.SOLUTION: The film production management system includes manufacturing information storage means, inspection machine frame signal receiving means, marking means, inspection result storage means, and linking means. The manufacturing information storage means is means for storing various manufacturing information during manufacturing of a rolled product. The inspection machine frame signal receiving means is means for receiving an inspection machine frame signal transmitted from the inspection machine on a dividedly inspected partition position on the base material. The marking means is means for marking a predetermined position on the base material by a signal from the inspection machine frame signal receiving means. The inspection result storage means is means for storing an inspection result sent from the inspection machine. The linking means is means for linking the manufacturing information and the inspection result.
