Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily register a file on a computer system which requires many data and program files like a CAD system.
CONSTITUTION: A file a1 in a 1st storage means (a) to be registered has a file name a12 corresponding to the CAD system and also has a discrimination code a11. In a 3rd storage means (d), a control file d1 having the file name a12 and discrimination code all of the file a1 to be registered is stored. Then an arithmetic processor (g) retrieves the file a1 having the file name 12 that the control file d1 has in the 1st storage means (a). The discrimination code a11 of the retrieved file a1 is compared with the discrimination code a11 of the control file d1. Then the file a1 having the equal discrimination code a11 is registered in a 2nd storage means (b).
