PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a film removing lubricating steel plate having excellent press workability represented by deep draw property and score resistance, and excellent primary rust-preventing property.
SOLUTION: A film removing lubricating steel plate having excellent press workability and primary rust-preventing property has a rust-preventing lubricating film, which contains an acrylic resin having a Tg of 0-120°C and an acid value of 30-200mg-KOH/g, 3-30wt.% of at least one kind of lubricant to be selected from among a higher fatty acid, a higher fatty acid ester, and a metallic soap based on a solid content of the acrylic resin, and 5-30wt.% of at least one kind of rust-preventing agent to be selected from among Zn and Ca of phosphoric acid and molybdic acid or an ammonium salt based on the solid content of the acrylic resin.
