Abstract:
To equalize optical characteristics and improve handleability in a film having a base material and a cholesteric resin layer.
In a film having a base material and a resin layer disposed on the base material with a cholesteric regularity, the helical pitch of the cholesteric regularity in the resin layer has a gradient, and the base material has a smooth surface which is smooth and on which the resin layer is placed, and an uneven surface which is uneven and located on the opposite side of the smooth surface. The base material whose haze is 2.5% or less, and whose transmittance at a wavelength of 365 nm is 80% or more is used.
