Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film sealing device and a film sealing type toilet seat device which can eliminate poor welding of a film, and can seal a waste inside the film reliably.SOLUTION: A film unit comprises a film accommodation guide, a film feeding mechanism, and a seal mechanism for thermally compressing and bonding a film F, and cutting and sealing the film F. The seal mechanism comprises a heater 224, a crimp part 234 disposed to face the heater 224, and a motor for moving the crimp part 234. After the film F is held by the heater 224 and the crimp part 234, the film feeding mechanism is driven and the film F is fed downward slightly. This relaxes tension applied to the film F and allows the film F to be welded suitably.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
