Abstract:
To provide a film stripping jig of an electric wire capable of easily and reliably stripping a film without damaging a wire core.SOLUTION: A film stripping jig 100 of an electric wire has a jig substrate 101, a covered range gripping section 10 gripping a covered range 7 of the electric wire 4, a removal range gripping section 20 gripping a removal range 6 of the electric wire 4, a notch 30 provided between the covered range gripping section 10 and the removal range gripping section 20 and provided with a cutting blade 31 for processing the notch on the outer periphery of a sheath, and a separating section 40 for moving the covered area gripping section 10 away from the removal area gripping section 20. In the state of being gripped by the covered range gripping section 10 and the removal range gripping section 20, the cutting blade 31 advances and rotates, and thereby the notch is processed on the outer periphery of the sheath, and the separating section 40 increases a distance between the covered range gripping section 10 and the removal range gripping section 20, and thereby the sheath and the film between the tip and the notch are stripped from a wire core.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
