Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make possible the obtaining of a printed product free from unprinted area and deteriorated sensitivity during printing using a prepared stencil plate by ensuring that the irregular application of an alcohol adhesive is eliminated and the applied coat is uniform with a small quantity of the adhesive when the resin is applied to a film for binding together.
CONSTITUTION: The subject film consists substantially of amorphous polyester as a film for thermal stencil sheet with a surfactant applied at least to one surface of the film. The thermal contraction stress of the film is 75g/mm2 or higher at 100°C and the thermal contraction factor is 10% or lower at 100°C.
