To provide a film for turning spectacles into goggles.

A sheet of the film formed with grooves for fixing to the spectacles in conformity with the shapes of the spectacles and the face is formed by using an inexpensive plastic resin material. The spectacles are fitted with the film by setting a lug of the groove 1 to the groove 2 to fix a ring, passing a temple through the groove 3 and inserting the groove 4 to the base of the temple and the groove 5 to the base of a bridge, by which the normally used spectacles can be made into the pollen-guard goggles without changing the feel of using the spectacles. The film can be easily removed by reverse procedures and can be easily carried by folding.
