Abstract:
To provide a film type capacitance sensor in which the pencil hardness, breaking elongation and bending resistance of coating are enhanced by delaying the hydrolysis of the resist, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor.
The film type capacitance sensor 2 includes a base film 10, a pair of electrodes 12A and 12B formed, respectively, on both surfaces of the base film 10, a waterproof layer 14 containing a material having a carbonyl group as a main component and covering at least one of the pair of electrodes 12A and 12B, and a protective layer 18 containing cellulose acetate as a main component and covering at least part of the waterproof layer 14. The waterproof layer 14 has a thickness of 30 μm or more.
