Title:
FILM UNIT EQUIPPED WITH LENS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3713091
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a spacer from rubbing the front surface of a projected part in the case of transportation or handling for packaging and to prevent a situation that a lens barrel is shaved and shavings are stuck to a photographing lens by forming a projected line all over the surface of the projected part so that a photographing window may be surrounded and supporting the back surface side of a spacer sheet by the projected line in a state where the film unit is packaged in a gusset bag.
SOLUTION: The projected line 13 is formed to surround the photographing window 10a on the front surface of the projected part 10 and supports the back surface side of the spacer sheet in the state where the film unit is packaged in the gusset bag 21. The cross-section of the leading edge part of the projected line 13 coming into contact with the spacer sheet is formed to be semicircular. When vibration is caused in the case of packaging or transportation, the spacer 20 is supported to float from the front surface 10b of the projected part 10 by the projected line 13, so that the back surface side of the spacer 20 does not rub the front surface 10b of the projected part 10. In such a case, the projected line 13 rubs the back surface side of the spacer 20 but does not strong rubs it because its surface is a curved surface and contact area is small, whereby the projected part 10 is prevented from being shaved.
