The film unit with lens, preliminarily loaded with an unexposed film, comprises a plurality of case members made of plastics and including a front face where at least an imaging lens is placed to cover the film unit with a lens, and a shrinkable film covering a gap between the edge of a predetermined case member and the edge of other case members or a gap between the edge of the predetermined case member and the edge of a protrusion protruding from the film unit with a lens.
