Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the automatic assembling aptitude of a film unit with a lens and to contribute to the reduction of reuse cost.
CONSTITUTION: A mechanical unit 17 is locked at a specified position inside a front cover 13 after a photographing lens 12 is allowed to fall in the lens receiving part 32 of a front cover 13 and is fixed by locking a lens pressing member 15 on the inner wall of the front cover 13 and a shutter blade 16 is attached to a receiving part formed at the rear of the member 15. A film housing part 18 is locked in the front cover 13 so as to interpose the lens 12, the member 15, the blade 16 and the mechanical unit 17 between the front cover 13 and the housing part 18. After photographic film is loaded in the housing part 18, a back cover 20 is attached to the housing part 18. The back cover 20 and the housing part 18 are detached from a used unit main body 2. Then, a stroboscopic unit 14 and the mechanical unit 17 are tested in a state where they are still locked on the front cover 13, and they are reused together with the front cover 13 when abnormality is not found. The housing part 18 and the back cover 20 are made into a pellet.
