Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily classify a film unit with lens to be reused by unit kinds by providing a mark for identifying the unit kinds on the surface of the unit main body.
CONSTITUTION: The film unit is constituted of the unit main body 2 and a paper exterior case 3 for covering the unit main body 2. The mark 8 for identifying the unit kinds is integrally formed on the lower left side of the unit main body 2 at the time of forming the unit main body 2. The mark 8 is formed by combining a small rough surface 8a obtained by roughening the surface of the unit main body 2 and a small smooth surface 8b obtained by smoothening the surface of the main body 2. The difference of a center line average roughness between the rough surface 8a and the smooth surface 8b is 0.1μm and ≥two times. On the line for manufacturing the unit with lens 1 for recycling, the mark 8 displayed by combining the rough surface 8a and the smooth surface 8b is read by an optical sensor based on the difference of the light reflectance between the rough surface 8a and the smooth surface 8b.
