Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a light shielding member having a high effect of preventing flares and ghosts with simple constitution by providing the end near the luminous flux of the light shielding member with a sloped part and forming the front end to an arc shape and subjecting metal molds for molding the shielding member to roughening.
CONSTITUTION: The end of a light shielding plate 23 which is the light shielding member is provided with the sloped part 23a inclined in an optical axis direction. Metal molds 21, 22 for resin molding are composed in order to form the front end 23b to an arc shape. There are no points of narrow spacings of such metal molds 21, 22 and, therefore, the molten resin sufficiently reaches the corners and is molded in exact compliance with the shape of the cavity. Further, the metal molds 21, 22 are subjected to roughening and, therefore, the front end 23b is also subjected to the roughening treatment. Then, the light reflecting to the front end 23b are decreased when the front end 23b is arranged near the luminous flux. The front end is subjected to the roughening and, therefore, even if the light is reflected at the front end, the light is irregularly reflected. The arrival of the light at the film plane to cause the flares and ghosts is thus lessened.
