Abstract:
PURPOSE: To shorten printing processing time at a laboratory.
CONSTITUTION: At the time of performing the half-depressing operation of a shutter button 14, a release linking lever 48 closes a switch 44 so as to actuate a photometric means. The photometric means measures whether or not subject light made incident on a CdS 50 is equal to or above specified luminance, and outputs a switching signal in the case of detecting that the luminance of the subject is equal to or above the specified luminance. A holding lever 117 holds a diaphragm plate 46a at an insertion position against energizing by a spring 51 until it is moved to exceed the half-depressing position of the shutter button 14. An electromagnet 119 is driven in accordance with the switching signal and holds the diaphragm plate 46a at the insertion position against energizing by the spring 51 when it is driven. Thus, in the case the luminance of the subject is equal to or above the specified luminance, photographing is performed through a small diaphragm aperture 46b, so that photographing in an overexposure state is prevented from occurring.
