A regulating piece 26 projecting in a beam state is formed in a back cover 5. The upper surface of the regulating piece 26 slides on the lower edge of the reversing preventing pawl 25. The film winding is performed by rotating the operating dial 13 counterclockwise. At this time, the reversing preventing pawl 25 is elastically deformed by being pressed by the gear array 23, and is restored to a home position by elastic force in accordance with the movement of the gear array 23. Restoring force is decreased by friction between the reversing preventing pawl 25 and the controlling board 26, so that the impact noise is reduced.
