To realize the recycling of a film unit without requiring labor and time to detach an optical member by integrally attaching the optical member exposed to the outside surface on an outer package member which is molded of a resin and with which an internal member is covered.

A photographing lens L is dropped into a circular recessed part from the rear of a front cover 1 and subsequently, a fixed diaphragm member 31 having a fixed diaphragm 31a is dropped thereto and holds the lens L. Then, the periphery part 31b of the member 31 is bonded with the cover 1 by ultrasonic welding. An objective lens is inserted and attached to the cover 1 from the back side and the periphery part of the objective lens abutting on the back surface of the cover 1 is ultrasonically welded to bond the objective lens with the cover 1. In the same manner, and ocular is inserted and attached to a rear cover from the back side and the periphery part of the ocular is ultrasonically welded to bond ocular with the rear cover. Thus, the lens L and the objective lens are integrally bonded with the cover 1 but the objective lens is made of the same material as the cover 1 and can be recycled without being separated.
