PURPOSE: To easily produce a compact with an uneven pattern for containing a cosmetic material by a method wherein an uneven pattern of a curable resin is formed on one surface of a synthetic resin film, and a coloring layer is trans ferred to be formed on the recessed part or projected part of the uneven pattern.
CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin film 1 wound on a roller 3 is payed out. in the path of the synthetic resin film 1, an adhesive is transferred to the surface of the film 1 by an adhesive application roller 2a. In the feed path on a transport belt conveyor 3a, an ultraviolet radiation-curing resin paste 7 is dropped under pressure from a screen printing plate 6 to be printed as a projected pattern 10 By intermittently driving the transport belt conveyor 3a, the projected pattern 10 is cured by being irradiated with an ultraviolet radiation from an ultraviolet radiation emitting lamp 11. Succeedingly, the projected pattern 10 is disposed below a silk screen plate 12. By a printing operation through the silk screen plate 12, a coloring ink layer l3 is laminated only on the projected pattern 10. This is dried 14 to be completed as a film 15 with a required uneven pattern.
