Abstract:
To suppress the deterioration of freshness of fruits and vegetables due to a film itself for a freshness holding bag by providing materials suitable for the packaging bag of fruits and vegetables, and to realize further retaining freshness of fruits and vegetables.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a film for a freshness holding bag of fruits and vegetables having heat sealing property using a single-layer or multi-layer plastic film as a base material, wherein a dynamic friction coefficient μ' under 40°C environment between surfaces arranged as an inner surface is 0.15 or more and 0.3 or less. In addition, an exposed amount of a medical agent that reduces the dynamic friction coefficient on the surface arranged as the inner surface is 5.0×10-3 g/m2 or more and 0.5 g/m2 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
