To provide a filtration apparatus which is compact and manufactured at a low cost and which is capable of continuously filtrating a sample liquid containing many suspended substances.
At the time of sampling, an operation-control part 11 turns electromagnetic valves 31, 32 into open state, turns electromagnetic valves 35, 36, 37 into closed state and turns flow rate adjusting valves 33, 34 into a predetermined opening. The sample liquid is supplied into the sample inlet 42 of a filter 4 from the passage 21, filtrated in the filter 4 by the cyclone system, flows through the passage 22 after being discharged from the liquid outlet 43 as the intermediate filtrate and supplied into the sample inlet 521 of the filter 5. The intermediate filtrate supplied into a filter 5 is further filtrated in the disk filter system and discharged from the filtrate outlet 541 as a filtrate. The filtrate flows through the passage 24 and is supplied into a measuring instrument 13.
