Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter attachment structure of an air conditioner which prevents a large amount of dust adhering to a filter from falling during removal of the filter and enables easy attachment and detachment of the filter.SOLUTION: A filter attachment structure of an air conditioner includes: a grille 10 provided at an indoor air suction port of the air conditioner; a filter support 20 provided at an inner side of the grille 10 and having a pair of filter support rails; a filter 5 removably attached to the filter support rails; and support means 40, 35 which support the filter support 20 so that the filter support 20 can be separated from the grille 10. In the filter support 20, at least an insertion port 30 of the filter 5 is separated from the grille 10. The structure prevents contact between the filter 5 and the grille 10 and reduces falling of dust etc. adhering to the filter 5 when the filter 5 is removed. Further, the structure enables easy attachment/detachment of the filter 5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
