Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter back washing device capable of recovering the dust collecting performance of a filter and suppressing the life degradation of the filter, a char recovery device having the same, a gasification composite power generation facility and a filter back washing method.SOLUTION: A filter back washing device 94 performing the back washing of the element 108 of a filter device 86 collecting dust in a circulation gas includes: a gas injection device 110 injecting a back washing gas from a downstream side toward the element 108; a filter state detection device 120 detecting the fouling state of the element 108; and a control unit 100 setting a reference relationship between back washing pressure and the rising speed of the fouling factor of the element 108 after performing back washing based on the detection result of the filter state detection device 120 and controlling the back washing pressure of the gas injected from the gas injection device 110 based on a previous relationship between latest detected back washing pressure and the rising speed of the fouling factor of the filter after performing back washing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
