Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter bag sheet capable of making tea having a color tone and a strong taste comparable to those of tea made with a teapot and specifically making tea having a deeper color tone and the strong taste since fine powdery tea filled in a filter bag is hardly passed out from a filter bag before making tea and the fine powdery tea and tea components can be extracted without causing the clogging of the tea bag when making tea.SOLUTION: In a filter bag sheet performed with water jet processing in a wet state, basis weight is 10-15 g/m2, thickness is 30-60 μm, freeness is 2.5-3.5 seconds and maximum pore diameter measured by a bubble point method is 400-700 μm.
