In order to control the phase shift amount of a signal passing through an analog phase shifter by a ROM and a digital/analog converter, the difference from the phase shift by band pass filters depending on the frequency of an input signal and the difference from the phase shift amount of the band pass filters depending on temperature are corrected, then the phase shift of a signal outputted from the filter circuit can be stabilized so as not to be depended on the frequency of the input signal and the temperature.
