Abstract:
To provide a filter for cleaning air which is made of multilayer nonwoven fabric excellent in dust collection efficiency and collection capacity, and shape retention properties.
In the filter for cleaning air made of the multilayer nonwoven fabric comprising a support base layer and a surface layer, spunbonded/meltblown composite nonwoven fabric where the total weight of spunbonded nonwoven fabric is 7-20g/m2, the total weight of meltblown nonwoven fabric is 2-8g/m2, and the total weight of the composite nonwoven fabric is 9-28g/m2 is used. Nonwoven fabric comprising mixed fibers having different fiber diameters between 5-10 decitex is used as the support base layer.
