Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide filter cloth preventing the adhesion of sludge to the surface layer of the filter cloth for a belt press dehydrator of double or more weaving, realizing good cake peelability and reduced in clogging.
SOLUTION: The warp yarns 11 on the surface layer side of filter cloth are composed of multifilament yarns and the weft yarns 12 on the surface layer side thereof are composed of polyester monofilament yarns. The warp and weft yarns 13, 14 on the base layer side of the filter cloth are composed of polyester monofilament yarns. The warp yarn density on the surface side is pref. made twice or more the warp yarn density on the base layer side.
