Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter cloth washing apparatus of a filter press, whose malfunction can be reduced even in a strong corrosive environment.SOLUTION: A filter cloth washing apparatus includes a traveling frame 10 installed above a filter press F and a traveling cart 20 traveling on the traveling frame 10. A chain rail 11 is laid on the traveling frame 10 and the traveling cart 20 includes a sprocket 23 engaged with the chain rail 11, a travel driving means 30 causing the sprocket 23 to be rotationally driven, washing pipes 24a, 24b ejecting washing water; and an vertically driving means 40 for ascending/descending the washing pipes 24a, 24b. Since the chain rail 11 is laid on the traveling frame 10, there is no possibility of expansion even when a strong corrosive substance sticks thereto and thereby displacement of the traveling cart 20 can be prevented. Consequently, malfunction can be reduced even in a strong corrosive environment.
