Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for peeling a filter cloth stuck to a filter plate when discharging cake generated between the filter cloths in a filter cloth traveling type filter press.SOLUTION: In the device, a detector LS1 for detecting a raising limit position of a filter cloth 26 within a virtual moving range of the filter cloth 26, a detector LS2 for detecting a lowering limit position of the filter cloth 26, and a detector LS3 for peeling at a position slightly above a filter cloth traveling raising limit position are disposed on a front frame 2, an electric motor 8 for filter cloth driving to be operated by detection signals of the detector LS3 for peeling is connected thereto, and when discharging cake generated between the filter clothes 26 and 26, the filter cloth 26 is raised slightly, and then the filter cloth 26 is lowered. The filter cloth 26 stuck to the filter plate 5 is surely peeled off and then the filter cloth 26 is lowered.
