Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device for electrophotographic device capable of removing a malodorous component of the gas generated at a heat-fixing part, excellent in capturing ratio characteristic of particulates and also little in clogging.
SOLUTION: The filtering device has a prefilter 40 having the 5-70% capturing ratio of extremely fine dust having 0.3 μm diameter by element, an air filter 41 arranged on the lel side of the prefilter 40 and having ≥90% capturing ratio of extremely fine dust having 0.3 μm diameter by element, a gas removing filter 42 for removing the malodorous component of the gas arranged at a downwind side of the air filter 41 and having at least ≥1 mm activated carbon and a frame 32 holding the periphery of the prefilter 40, the air filter 41 and the gas removing filter 42.
