Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter device which can supply air with a dust amount sufficiently reduced without requiring frequent maintenance.SOLUTION: A filter device sucks air containing dust, and separates into air with reduced dust and air containing more dust. The filter device includes: a fan which is long in an axial direction, takes in the air containing the dust in an axial direction and sends out in a centrifugal direction by centrifugal force; and a casing for housing the fan. The casing includes a suction port in which the air containing the dust is sucked, a discharge port from which the air with the reduced dust is discharged, and an exhaust port from which the air containing more dust is exhausted. The suction port is arranged on one end part side in the axial direction of the fan. The discharge port is arranged on the other end part side opposite to the one end part. The exhaust port is arranged between the suction port and the discharge port in the axial direction of the fan.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
