Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that since a mesh filter is easy to be clogged, maintainability is made worse.SOLUTION: A filter device includes a coolant circuit to which a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve and an evaporator are connected, and is attached to a liquid cooling device cooling liquid in the evaporator. In a state of being attached to the liquid cooling device, the filter device has: three second plate members 52 arranged along a vertical direction on the upstream side of the condenser 4; two first plate members 51 arranged in the vertical direction on the upstream side of the three second plate members 52; and a third plate member 53 arranged on the upstream side of the two first plate member 51.
