Abstract:
To provide a filter device for an operating oil tank increasing a capacity of a filter element to a maximum limit, while preventing dripping of oil, and mixing of unfiltered return oil and sink dust in the operating oil tank when the filter element is replaced.
This device is constituted such that a filter case 10 is arranged in a position where a filter element lower surface 15b is almost conformed to a fluid level of operating oil when an inside of an operating oil tank 1 is made atmospheric pressure in a work machine attitude taken at maintenance time.
