Abstract:
To suppress the power loss of a filter circuit to less than α (0<α<1) times the power consumption of a load.SOLUTION: A filter device 2 is configured so as to be provided with a filter circuit 12 including an inductor 12a connected between a DC power supply 1 and a load, and a variable DC resistor 12d connected in parallel with the inductor 12a. The filter device 2 includes a power calculation circuit 14 that obtains voltage information indicating a DC voltage output from the filter circuit 12 to the load and current information indicating the DC current output from the filter circuit 12 to the load, and calculates the power consumption of the load from the voltage information and the current information, and a resistance value control circuit 15 that controls the resistance value of the variable DC resistor 12d on the basis of the power consumption and DC voltage calculated by the power calculation circuit 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
