To provide a filter device which puts together parts, such as holders, by utilizing the force of spring members constituting relief valves.
The filter device is provided with the holder 10 which is inserted to the inner periphery of a filter element 3, a guide 20 which has a fitting part 22 to be combined with the holder 10 on one end side of the filter element 3 and a connecting hole 24 for connecting the dirty side S1 and clean side S2 in a filter case, a valve disk 30 which is inserted into the fitting part 22 of the guide 20 and opens and closes the connecting hole 24 and a coil spring 31 which is mounted in a compressed state between the valve disk 30 and a spring rest part 15 disposed in the holder 10 and energizes the valve disk 30 toward the connecting hole 24. The holder 10 is provided with a pawl part 23 and the guide 20 with a groove part 16, respectively. The pawl part 23 is engaged with the groove part 16, by which the holder 10 and the guide 20 are blocked to each other with respect to the axial direction of the holder 10.
