Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the rotation of the 2nd cover when connecting it to a case by caulking and to easily separate them when separating then by engaging the recessed part formed in the 1st cover covering the opening of the case with the projection part formed in the 2nd cover connected to the case by caulking.
CONSTITUTION: The device is provided with a case 1 housing filter elements 2, 3 and the like and opening at one end, the 1st cover 24 connected to a bracket 15 in which flow passages connected to outside lines are formed and also having connections 11, 12 connected to the flow passages 20-22 to cover the opening surface of the case 1, and the 2nd cover 25 abutted on the outer peripheral part of the cover 29 and connected to the opening edge of the case 1 at the outer peripheral edge by caulking. On the abutted surface of the cover 24 and the cover 25, a recessed part 26 and a projection part 28 engaged with each other freely attachably and detachably are formed respectively. As a result, when the case 1 and the cover 25 are separated, the covers 24, 25 are separated without any working being done to reduce cost for reusing parts.
