Abstract:
To provide a filter disk (FD) device easy-to-access to an optical filter attached to the FD from the external.SOLUTION: The FD device has at least one optical filter mounted on a rotatable FD around the rotation axis, and at least one optical filter is concentrically stacked on the FD in the optical axis direction.
