Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cause charged particles to reach a depth part of a filter having a three-dimensional shape and uniformly electrifies the whole of the filter when electrifying the filter.SOLUTION: A filter electrification treatment device includes a drift electrode 2 (first electrode) to which a voltage is applied, a grid electrode 3 (second electrode), which is disposed above the drift electrode 2 to be opposite to the drift electrode 2, has an opening formed therein and an earth potential, a drift space 26 which is formed between the drift electrode 2 and the grid electrode 3 and has a filter 1 of an object to be treated installed therein while separated from the drift electrode 2 and the grid electrode 3, and a discharge part 25 which is disposed on the outside of the grid electrode 3 to be on the opposite side to the drift space 26, and supplies charged particles to the drift space 26 via the opening of the grid electrode 3 for electrifying the filter 1. The filter electrification treatment device performs electrification treatment for the filter 1 by means of the discharge part 25 while applying a high electric field to the drift space 26 by means of the drift electrode 2 and the grid electrode 3.
