Abstract:
To provide a filter element fixing fixture capable of easily manufacturing a filter element, and a manufacturing method for a filter element using the filter element fixing fixture.SOLUTION: A filter element fixing fixture has a flat surface almost orthogonal to the direction in which teeth extend, at an end part of the teeth composing a rack-shaped or flat-plate filter element fixing fixture. Thus, when one pleat mountain of a pleated filter material is engaged in between adjacent teeth composing the fixing fixture for the filter element to create an installation body, it is easy to receive ends of the pleat mountains of the filter material with a flat surface almost orthogonal to the direction in which the teeth extend when the ends of the pleat mountains contact end parts of the teeth, it is possible to easily manufacture the installation body holding pleat gaps of the filter material constantly, and as a result, the filter element can be easily manufactured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
