Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter element washing and sorting device which enables a sorting and cleaning of filter elements efficiently even if the filter elements of difference sizes and particle diameters mix in a filter basin such as a filtration plant and drainage facilities.
SOLUTION: The device is provided with a primary washing pump 12 sucking the filter elements, a primary vibration screening machine 14 screening by adding a vibration to the sucked filter elements, a crude screening portion provided on the primary vibration screening machine 18, a primary receiver tank 14 provided below the crude screening screen, a secondary washing pump washing while sucking the filter elements in the primary receiver tank, a secondary vibration screening machine 16 arranged adjacent to the primary vibration screening machine 18, and further a tertiary washing pump connected to the secondary washing pump washing the filter elements, each member being mounted on a vehicle.
