Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter capable of starting a stable reaction after hermetic sealing without being affected by a water temperature; and to provide a gas generation method using the filter, and a carbonated water production apparatus having the filter.SOLUTION: Gas is generated by utilizing a filter which includes a cylindrical part abutting on the inner peripheral surface of a container having an approximately cylindrical shape having an opened upper end and a blocked lower end with a narrowed upper side, and a selection passage part for allowing passage of liquid and blocking passage of powder inside the cylindrical part, and which has flexibility, and is reducible in the radial direction furthermore than the opening of the container when a force is applied thereto from the outside, and restorable to an original shape when the force from the outside is removed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
