Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing a hydrogen producing filter which is used in a reformer for a fuel cell so that high-purity hydrogen gas can be produced stably.
This hydrogen producing filter is manufactured by sticking an electrically insulating film onto one side of an electrically conductive base material having several through-holes at a sticking step, forming a copperized layer on the film-unstuck side of the base material to bury the through-holes at a copperizing step, forming a Pd alloy film on the film-removed side of the base material by plating at a film forming step and removing the copperized layer by selectively etching at a removing step.
